Sumpter crew open drainage ditch by hand & came back when conditions were dry & open the ditch & create a positive slope with the ditchmaster / trackhoe & clean the driveway pipe with high pressure water. Citizen Ms. Rosalind sent thanks to crew as she saw them working.
