Work is complete, on 3/2/24 substation Church Hill was temporary knock out. Repair was made and all lights were back on around 9:30 pm-10:30pm, however circuit 15 took a little longer to repair and lights in that area were back on by 11:30pm. Per supv CK who drove the area to confirm all light working.
