Description
Basin is full and some years ago a blockage in the pipe was discovered that was never fixed and my backyard is partially flooded as a result.

- Staff · May 11, 2024M.Hicks,S.Crews and C.Jordan stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressure water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Upon completed the while service the lateral pipe from the Sanitary line bags of concrete and concrete were in the line cause drainage issue with in the main sanitary line. This issue has been turn over to DPU Wastewater collections for farther investigate.
