Description

8 ft by 6 ft wide and aboy 5 ft deep. And eroding quickly. The alley is impassable to vehicles. Many VCU students and residents cut through this alley on foot and this is very dangerous at night. I am very worried that someone is going to get hurt. At the very least it needs to be cordend off.
