Description

Caller states a medal plate is missing from work being done in the area and his driver side of this car went in the hole and damaged his rims and also has a flat tire. Caller was provided phone # to COR Attorney to file a claim.

    This is not a sewer related issue. Employees were sent to the location and they reported that it was a water valve cover missing. Base1 has been informed.
