Description

Culvert clogged and floods road and washes out driveway in heavy rain. Recent utility work on this street made this worse, increased silt backup in drainage.

    Crew has re-placed driveway pipe at this location do to pipe failure with root infiltration in pipe joints. re-placed with a 12" x 20' corrugated metal. This location has two tickets 508078 both will be closed.
