After rainfall, water routinely floods directly in front of and into our garage making it impossible to walk in the alley or even take the trash out.

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
