Description

The sewer line next the house has a large hole that was covered with a piece if plastic. (I saw it myself). The renters moved out because they continued to have problems. The sewer line needs to be replaced all the way to the road. It is overflowing into my yard at 1220 N 38th St. Richmond, VA 23223
