Description
This neighborhood has a great deal of pedestrian traffic and dog walking but there are not sidewalks or shoulders on the street and it is extremely dark. This intersection of W. Hillcrest Ave. And Hillwood Ave. can be very dangerous at night and would greatly benefit from improved visibility for pedestrians and drivers.
