Description
Interface, Cityworks01/26/2024 4:35 PM Problem Description: Im very concerned about this sinkhole. Its been an issue over the years and has somewhat recently been filled in and repaired. Unfortunately, this recent storm has washed away most—if not all—the gravel that had been used to fill in The sink hole. That gravel has collected in the creek that is part of the conservation group. I am gravely concerned for the stability of Riverside Drive, as I believe it is now just a layer of asphalt suspended above what had been gravel. Secondarily, I hope that the city can help clean the gravel from the creek. It is deposited over an area that I estimate to be about 300 yards. Thank you!;Streets between or nearest intersection Weatover hills boulevard and riverside ; Is it on the property? Yes; Approximate size of the void? Greater than 12 inches;

- Staff · February 5, 2024Good day, across the street from 5002 Riverside Dr. there is a major sinkhole that has been secured by wastewater at this point in time this will be too much for storm water to handle we have powerlines above us tangled into trees. We have a massive tree on the side of the sinkhole pipe is roughly 10 foot down and death starting 3 foot from DI to 10 foot at outflow it appears someone has dumped concrete slabs in the ravine
