Description

I am owner of building at 711 W Broad St. and Manhole near 701 W Broad st on eastbound road is loose and make loud noise every time a vehicle is crossing over this manhole. There was another request created by a resident in Nov 2023, but this problem is not fixed so far. Please expedite the process and repair this manhole so it does not make sound. I am uploading a video showing the location and loud noise it makes.
