Description

I have been reporting the ongoing flooding at 1204 Taylor Avenue for 20 years. The storm drain (directly behind this address) needs to be replaced because my yard and neighbors' yards are repetitively flooded. 20 years of ignoring requests to replace this storm drain is unacceptable. It is the City of Richmond's responsibility to maintain broken storm water drains, especially when property damage is being reported from city residents. The City of Richmond has demonstrated gross negligence in refusing to replace this storm drain for more than 20 years. It needs to be fixed now.
