Description

I am following up on my November 17, 2023 request. Yiu indicate request as “assigned” however 60+ days and issue is still not addressed. This issue has been like this for over 3 yesrs.

    Per L.Lockett, upon the citizen created the Citizen's Request within RVA 311 the system load the default address as 1402 Texas Ave. Also the original request was a damaged basin issue RVA 311 # DPU000025082/ CW# 515688.

    D.Ranadolph, A.Eaddy, and M.Hicks stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
