- Staff · January 24, 2024Broken poles do not get reported into RVA311 they need to be called into DPU 804-646-7000. This ticket has been forwarded to Superintendent Frazier for investigation.
- Staff · January 24, 2024Mr. Bland; Superintendent Frazier has confirmed there was never lights inside the circle. There is a connector there; however it does not belong to DPU Electric Utility Streetlights.
- Staff · January 24, 2024Mr. Bland; there are 2 lights missing off to the side of the circle. Not sure if those were what you were referring to. Superintendent Frazier has included these missing poles in his report which is separate from RVA311.
