Description
Neighbor at 3911 Cary is pumping water on to Cary Street and is is causing ice on the eastbound lanes. Unsafe conditions this morning rush hour. Problem been reported to City since 2018. Please get this corrected. Water is a ongoing problem and been ponding at driveways for months. The aprons are saturated and now have depressions and mud. This is a slimy mess and nuisance. Why not have the owner drain into a rain garden on the property? That is what I do. Additional photos
