Description
Stormwater just sits in the potholes of the alley. Impossible to walk around because there's so much water pooling in the potholes. Right in front of childcare center. Dangerous for children to walk through.

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW
