Citizen states her backyard is totally flooded; needs someone to come out to assess; states the grating in the alley is high causing the water to run into her backyard

    This request will be given to roadway Maintenace for alley investigation. There are no storm water assets in the alley to maintain therefore this request will be closed to S/W group . DPW000163191 will be the new number for this request
