Description

I have been reporting the ongoing flooding issue due to the broken storm water drain in the alley between W 45th St. & Taylor Avenue for 20 years. The storm drain (see orange & white striped cones in photo) needs to be replaced because my yard and neighbors' yards are repetitively flooded. This is gross negligence on behalf of the City of Richmond because after 20 years of submitting requests for a replacement what possible excuse can there be left for intentionally not replacing the strom drain to Dunston Ave? Clearly, the City is more than aware of the issue at this point in time and has had 20 years to budget for it.
