Description
Cavity developing around sewer manhole which is located alongside street pavement between the street and the banks of the adjacent creek. The cavity at the surface is just a few inches but looks like it could be bigger down below, and causing erosion into the creek which could lead to failure of the bank and exposure of the manhole and pipe.
