Description
Several high rise lights are out at the Huguenot Rd & Chippenham Pkwy interchange. Mainly on the ramp from southbound Huguenot to southbound Chippenham, and also on the ramp from southbound Chippenham to Huguenot Rd. These are the high rise style lamps, and not the Dominion lights like nearby.
