A gigantic sinkhole on top of where the old sinkhole was 20 years ago when Gaston hit literally next to the FEMA retaining wall the was built following the sink hole.

    this location was CCTV & dye tested and it is positive on the storm drain dye coming around the top of the concrete box. (this is a storm sewer issue. )
