Citizen is reporting standing water is backing up onto her property, and traveling under her house. Citizen believes that a ditch may need to be installed to stop the standing water.

area is mostly flat and addition the ditch needs to be opened and pipe jetted to allow for proper water flow. This location will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
