- Staff · December 28, 2023H. Glenn assess this location on 12/27/2023 & spoke with the homeowner. Found: HPDE culvert clogged @ the with natural debris (leaves) causing localized flooding. Photo documentation reveal water overflowed over driveway into carport. Driveway culvert was free of debris throughout based on photo documentation. Action: DPU Storm Water Utility Division is schedule to remove debris from inlet of culvert & clean driveway culvert with high pressure water.
- Staff · December 28, 2023A.Eaddy, D,Hopson and S.Crews stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Location with service by jetty line a foot off of the driveway where the corrugated pipe was tired at with the concrete pipe is separated at the joint, which could possibly cause slow drainage.
