Cover is broken and jagged and needs to be replaced in front of 409 s Stafford ave. This is a safety hazard for a pets since in sidewalk

    The issue has been resolved . A 4" water valve cap had been broken leaving a jagged metal edge on the sidewalk. he customer confirmed there was no longer an issue.
