Flooding yesterday in street and 24th st and m st as well as 25th st and m st intersections' drains. This resulted in basement flooding of several surrounding properties.

    Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
