Description

There wasn't an option for this but my request is to REMOVE an existing pole and street light along the ROW and the side of our property. I'm requesting that the pole and light be removed as well as a secondary pole that feeds it. After consulting with DOM it's not their light/poles and the poles only service this one random light. Currently it's at the corner of Park and Granite.
