Description

This is an ongoing problem as drainage ditches on both sides of the alley are blocked and the alley is not graded towards grove avenue so water flows into my yard and stands in the alley.

    Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
