Description
This corner is at the low point of both Laurel and China. Wind and rain bring a ton of the neighborhood's leaves down here causing flood; see pics. I've been trying to keep up with all of the leaves (note the recently completed vacuum collection). Drain is barely moving now, and water is seeping into my basement.
