Description

The telephone pole has large splintering cracks along the length of it and is leaning slightly. It should probably be inspected to make sure it is not in danger of breaking or splintering further. I selected "fixture open" only because no other option was available.

    Upon investigation of this pole is was determined it belongs to Dominion, however pole looks ok. I have created a work order 33888560 and citizen can call 866-366-4357 for a follow up.
