Description
Brook Road & Bellevue Ave - in the parking lot across the street from CVS there are two overhead street lights. Both are out and need new bulbs. Without these two lights working the parking lot is pretty dark.

- Staff · December 1, 2023City of Richmond does not maintain lights on private property. Parking Lots are private property and the lights illuminating these parking lots are PRIVATE WATCH LIGHTS. The owner of the property is paying Dominion Energy for the maintenance and use of these lights. The owner of the property must contact Dominion Energy with their account number and report that their PRIVATE WATCH LIGHTS are not working and request a repair.
