Wright assess this location on 12/5/2023 & spoke with Mr. Giovanni: Found: Standing water due to spring at this location affected properties at 6200 Three Chopt Rd & 406 St Christopher Rd. Action: An engineering solution has been advise to minimize the standing water from the natural spring & to correct the driveway culvert @ 6200 Three Chopt Rd. Driveway culvert is located on St. Christopher Rd. Note: H. Glenn Operation Manager directed B. Wright, Engineer to develop a scope of work for this project. Separate storm sewer system exist at this location.
