This is to correct location for request DPW00025101 it seems there is an addree that overrides one typed in The request site is 5419 Warwick Rd 23224 which is in front of Apolostic Church of Jesus Christ. Light pole down abt 6 months. Church reported down pole. City only replaced base ??
