Description

This parking lot is used by multiple bars. There was a shooting last weekend. Businesses & neighnors are requesting multiple ALLEY lights be fixed ASAP. Thank you!

    UPON INVESTIGATION OF THIS AREA ON 11/20/23 BY KJ/JL THESE LIGHTS DOESN'T BELONG TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND. IT'S ACTUALLY DOMINION LIGHTS. WE CAN'T REPORT THIS OUTAGE TO THEM FOR IT SHOWS ON THEIR SYSTEM PRIVATE LIGHT. WHICH MEANS ITS' BILLABLE TO A BUSINESS AND THEY WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST. DOM NUMBER IS 866-366-4357.
