Description
Good Evening, I am a resident at an apartment building located at 711 West Broad Street, with a road facing bedroom window. In the recent months, I have dealt with construction noise, loud music and cars, and every wonderful noise Broad Street has to offer. None of those noises has come close to how horribly disruptive this manhole has become after a repave of the road in front of the newly built VCU Technology Services building. I am begging for action to be taken in order to fix this problem. This repetitive metal clanging noise has become unbearable at all hours of the day.
