- Staff · December 13, 2023L.Lockett Location inlet is at 3224 2nd Ave the Northwest inlet has a light smell of sewage gas basin did not have in crack or visible opening in the joint of the brick work , blind cap was function correctly also the water level just below the blind cap to support with limited the amount of sewage gas. L. Lockett place decodorized in the basin to help limit the sewage gas smell.
