Description
City of Richmond had to run a new water or sewer line to new house being constructed across the street. When they backfilled the dirt that is between the sidewalk and curb, the dirt settled and now there is a 2 foot hole in the soil. Currently, there is a large orange cone stuck into the hole to warn pedestrians of the giant hole. Can City of Richmond come back and fill it with fill dirt and compact? Thanks.
