I DONT KNOW THE POLE NUMBER BUT IT IS LOCATED IN THE ALLEY BEHIND 4918 AND 4920 CHAMBERLAYNES AVENUE.. LIGHT GOES OUT AND REMAINS OUT AND LATER IT WILL COME ON BUT WILL GO OUT AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS AFTER DARK AND MAKES IT EXTREMELY DARK UNTIL IT EVENTUALLY COMES BACK ON. THE LIGHT DOES THIS ALL NIGHT LONG..
