Description
HUGE manhole cover is very dangerous, has pot holes around it and the huge plate that is appox. 16 FEET BY 8 FEET that is covering it causing a hazard. VERY slippery when it is wet and the hole in the middle of it is big enough that someone's foot could fall in or get caught which could severely injure a person. Also, when it rains, it creates a dam almost and huge deep puddles of water form around it.
