    After visiting site for assessment it is noted there is a 12" deep / 12" circumference hole. Investigation, revealed no pipe, wire, tree root, irrigation line, or any other cause for the hole. A GIS check showed nothing beneath the surface at the hole's location. The hole will be filled and monitored for recurrence.
