Description
DPW000150323 this service request was opened back in January. We were told the city would need to come and take a look and repair. We are gutting a foul order and occasional toilet stoppage/blockage

Caller states every few months or so the sewer backs up and they keep getting their plumber to come out who cleans it out but their camera is showing that there's tree roots growing on the pipe and in order to solve this problem something needs to be done with the roots because of where the pipes are...; Backup Area Inside building;
