Description
The alleyway behind Floyd has standing water for extended periods of time after rain storms. Multiple neighbors report basement flooding. The alleyway should be evaluated for the addition of a storm water drain to better manage rain water.

The issue but possiblely a DPW/ Alleyway and has be redispatch to the correct department and division within DPW.
