Location is private property. And must be maintained by the property management.

Location is an easement and ditch maintained issue. Location need vegetation to cut in the ditch and easement that is effected drainage. Also Northside the apartment complex the concrete easement has sign of illegal dumping, location also has sediment build up and overgrowth of vegetation. Along the northeast side of the area minor ditch maintained near Calvert Dr. The ditch line on the property also need some work which is from 631 to 615 which run up to Calvert Dr.
