Mr. Ronald Carpenter (804-306-3563) called concerning clogged storm drain on the corner of Lancaster & Chamberlayne Ave. Address is 2523 Chamberlayne Ave. Says he has called several times and he wants someone to call him back about the issues.

Sumpter and A.Eaddy location 3 of the 3 inlet were service the inlet at the inlet at 2614 had a construction sock in the mouth of the inlet and asphalt cover the mouth as well it seems to have lateral pipe going south that has collapse and it is not show on ArcMap GIS will have location CCTV to verify outstanding issues. Also, location at 2523 Chamberlayne Ave no issue but the ADA is low and holding water at the location.

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Location has a possible broken line at the north east corner.
