Per N.Sumpter location basin are free and cleaning yet the easement that run along Perry St is full of construction debris and trash which could be hindering the proper drainage at this location.

Per L.Lockett, stated this location the drop inlets at this location are function correctly as the location still has construction sock at the mouths of the drop inlets. Yet the silk fencing around the undeveloped section of the parcel has is need to be corrected and readjust as it is cause the location to have drainage issue and is pushing the storm water off of the underdeveloped location and into the develop sections of the Belle Heights. It seem someone attempt put up a stone berm to filter off and limited the amount of storm water coming of the underdeveloped area at Belle Height but area has open section in the berm allow storm water to drain on to the develop area of Belle Heights. This is developer issue and all DPU Storm Water assess are function correctly and are not the cause of the issue are this location.
