Asphalt ditch/creek at 7524 & 7532 Prairie is full of debris and leaves. Plants growing at edge of road block view when entering street from driveway. Water flow is restricted.

Drive way pipe has collapsed and needs to be replaced. There is also pavement over the pipes entrance.
