- Staff · December 7, 2023D. Rivers assess this location & meet with Crew Chief N. Sumpter onsite & the citizen Mr. Hicks: Found: Sediment on shoulder of roadway built up causing localized flooding on the opposite side of the street. One drop inlet has a depression / cavity that needs to be backfilled. One cavity found next to 3713 Green Bay Rd. Wastewater Division should assess this cavity & dye test for failure on sewer lateral or storm water pipe. CCTV is needed as well. Solution: Grade shoulder of roadway for positive drainage to easement / concrete pipe. Install A-1 Rip Rap @ the end of the concrete pipe to prevent erosion Backfill cavities if not problem is found during CCTV or or dye test.. Do not remove trees that have been planted.
