Standing water on Tilden at East alley entrance between Monument and Grace. Water is always there and running down curbs even when no rain.

    Review of this ticket found no storm water infrastructure resulting in the presence of water along the curb. no inlets clogged or causing water. This is being closed to the storm water group and being referred to the water distribution group for possible leaks.
