Description
Many of the streetlights are not on (at 8:30pm) on Saturday, Sept. 2. 2023. Mostly along Stuart Ave from Stafford towards Arthur Ash (near the Fox School) and along Stafford. (Sept 3) Another dark evening in this part of the Fan. Here is my rough estimate: There are no streetlights on on Stuart Ave between Stafford and Arthur Ashe. (I counted 14 lights not on.) Also, the side streets seem to be dark from Stuart to Hanover to the south, and at least to Park to the north. This includes Mulberry, Robinson, Davis, and Stafford. I walked up to Kensington, and that seems to be dark from Stafford to Arthur Ashe. Lights are on on Park. Hope this helps. FIXED! Thank you. The streetlights all seemed to come on last night. Yay.
