Description
2nd request, city repaired one of the two lights on Seminary place, thanks, this one is in the alleyway on the gravel alley on the corner directly west of Seminary Place, it comes on, then goes out with a glow, then cycles back on Several minutes later, very annoying and I need the light to see at night. Please see attached pictures. PS, East Seminary lights are out too but I don’t walk there at night, I just noticed it Is very dark at Ret east corner as well
