    After speaking with the contact person it is understood this is a recurring problem however during the inspection it is discovered the two sub inlets, lateral and main inlet are in good shape. The issue may be an overcharged system. A report will be made and submitted to the storm water administration in lieu of a possible rebuild at this location.
